9. Extended Service Period
Residential posts are subject to an additional $2.50 per month fee 90 days after the initial day of installation.
If a removal order has been placed and the post cannot be retrieved because it was inaccessible due to the fault of the seller or buyer. A standard trip charge will be applied.
Additional charges may occur on some locations where the installer has to drive an accessive distance from the coverage area. This will result in a remote off route fee.
10. Liability Conditions

Before you order a Mailbox Post or a For Sale/Rent Post it is your responsibility by Florida Law to call 811 and request to have the location of Utilities such as gas, water and cable TV lines identified before scheduling a Post installation. Sunshine Post will not be held responsible for Utility damages resulting from failure to have these services marked.
Under no circumstances shall a post be moved by anyone other than an employee of Sunshine Posts. Sunshine Posts liability insurance will not cover any incident that may be caused by unauthorized removal of a post. Sunshine Post employees always take every necessary precaution to safely secure the area where the post was placed.
11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION: Brokers will continued to be billed $2.00/month as an Extended Rental fee for all their posts that have not been returned to Sunshine Post. Your new Post Company may retrieve any of your property by scheduling an appointment to pick your property up at our facility.
